All products and services are subject to availability.

  1. PLANT VARIATION

Plants are living products and naturally vary in size, shape, color, fullness, flowering stage, and appearance.

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes only. The actual product delivered may differ slightly from the images displayed on the website.

  1. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Egypt Green Farm reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Correct pricing or description errors.
• Substitute similar plants when necessary after customer approval.

An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received or a written confirmation has been issued.

  1. PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The final price shall be the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept approved payment methods available on the website.

For landscaping, maintenance, or custom projects, payment schedules may be specified in separate quotations or contracts.

Failure to make payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Egypt Green Farm shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Supplier shortages
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery location.

Additional charges may apply for difficult access, special equipment, or repeated delivery attempts.

  1. INSTALLATION SERVICES

Where installation services are provided:

• The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permissions.
• The customer must disclose underground utilities, irrigation lines, cables, and pipes.
• Egypt Green Farm shall not be liable for hidden site conditions unknown before work begins.

  1. PLANT CARE RESPONSIBILITY

Upon delivery or installation, responsibility for plant care transfers to the customer unless a maintenance agreement is in place.

Plant survival depends on:

• Watering practices
• Drainage
• Soil conditions
• Weather conditions
• Pest management
• Ongoing maintenance

Egypt Green Farm cannot guarantee plant survival where proper aftercare is not provided.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Living plants cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered unless:

• The wrong item was supplied.
• The product arrives severely damaged.
• The product is defective upon delivery.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs.

Non-living products may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Egypt Green Farm.

  1. WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated in writing, all products and services are provided “as is.”

No guarantee is provided regarding:

• Future growth rates
• Flowering performance
• Fruit production
• Plant survival beyond delivery or installation

  1. LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

Maintenance contracts are governed by separate service agreements.

Failure by the client to provide adequate water, electricity, site access, or required approvals may affect service quality and plant performance.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, designs, and branding, is the property of Egypt Green Farm and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

  1. WEBSITE USE

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
• Upload malicious software.
• Interfere with website operation.

Egypt Green Farm reserves the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egypt Green Farm shall not be liable for:

• Plant losses caused by improper care

• Floods
• Fire

• Government actions
• Utility interruptions
• Supply chain disruptions

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
